The company is a Bridge Loan Company providing hard money loans to lenders with Real Estate as collateral. &quot;Bridge&quot; Loan is a preferred term since most loans are for people looking to upgrade or upsize their home and they are looking for a short term loan to &quot;bridge&quot; the gap between the selling of their first home and the purchase of their second home. <br /> <br /> <br /> The target audience is Real Estate Brokers, Affluent Individuals, Wealthy Investors, Real Estate Developers, and Million dollar home owners. <br />

The design should have the following

Conservative, Prudent investments, Integrity, Security, The logo should be bold yet have an old East Coast Boarding School Feel, Ivy League Look and Feel similar to something that incorporate the Symmetrical Building Image of my Old Dormitory at Boarding School (without the Hillhouse logo) <br /> <br /> I used to work at Barclays Capital and am very fond of that design with Eagle logo. Think, Old, Educated, Tradition, Majestic, Power. Think Powerful and Traditional <br /> - Please use the draw style and &quot;RED&quot; color of (Picture #1)<br /> - Please use the image of (Picture #2) for the logo. <br /> - Please use the image placement and Font of (Picture #3)
