The design should have the following

No firm in our industry has a market brand that's on par with the tech industry. We want to be able to stand up next to/with our clients who are all the biggest and best startup or established firms in the tech sector. But we can't come off as "try hard" or cheesy. The "2" is intended to be "squared", fyi.
