Describe your company and organization and target audience

The company is a Cloud Computing brokerage firm (reselling services and selling IT consulting, integration and implementation services. Additionally, business cloud 360 runs a blog follow hot trends in the cloud market space and informing small and medium size businesses how to maximize on the cloud.

The design should have the following

Looking for clean, crisp sharp and bright colors and lines. Would like for the logo to build confidence in expertise in the market.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

no cartoon like logos. I do not like bubble letters or graphics
