We are changing the name of our company from Atlanta Office Solutions to Bright Cloud Technologies. We have been in business as Atlanta Office Solutions, offering complete, single source hosted office information technologies for 17 years. We offer an array of services designed to provide small to medium-sized businesses everything needed to operate efficiently and reliably while remaining cost effective. Our services portfolio is extensive; the many services consist of the following categories: Voice Services - Hosted and on-site iPBX, calling services (domestic/international) and marketing/sales tools. Video Services - Videoconferencing environments and remote presence applications. Data Services - Web presence, email/messaging, hosted server environments and domestic / international telecommunications services. Hardware - A complete line of desktop / laptop / tablets, printers, scanners and networking equipment. Software / Applications - Office suites, Software as a Service (Saas), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and more. Support - On-site and remote assistance for hardware and software. We are a Business to Business company only, we do not sell to residential or consumer market. Our target market is small to medium-sized businesses, generally companies employing between 10-150 people. We are prepared to serve almost any vertical market or industry. Our client base is geographically dispersed and includes those in the transportation, import, insurance, wholesale, freight, retail, trucking, restaurant and other industries. We have been successful with small businesses looking to leverage technology to increase their productivity, manage their costs and need a robust, reliable, well-managed IT System. Depending on their business needs and budget, our solution may be as simple as providing a few basic services to fully outsource their infrastructure.
