I am a licensed esthetician, massage therapist, and marriage/family therapist (I work with adult individuals). In my practice I help people become self-empowered and have higher self-esteem by increasing self-awareness and learning great self-care techniques. I believe they need multiple tools and resources to pull from and they will want to address all aspects of themselves (mental/emotional, physical, spiritual). So, on my soon to be up website I will be offering multiple options for them: skin care consultations with custom regimens, custom gem and flower essences mixes, monthly wellness boxes, supplements for skin, body and mental/emotional, body care products and supplements, other products associated, plus information/tools via videos, podcast, as well as video/phone therapy sessions. This is basically a one-stop shop/community for everything self-nurturing.
