This is a financial services company. Professional business type. Target audience is 55+ years of age, male and female.

The design should have the following

I have examples of current logo. I hate it. It looks like clip art and very dated in look. I would like a similar logo, so I can keep the sample look and feel of the business, but a modern clean design. Colors should be similar (do not need to be exact unless it looks good) to this uploaded logo design. The last part of the business name can be much smaller compared to the rest of the design (of Lee County). I would also like to get the name of the font/s used so I may incorporate them later in a website if needed. I am open to new / different fonts.

Colors to use in the design

some sort of green and a darker accent color. I would like the end result to be able to be see well on a dark or light background, OR be able to inverse the dark and light colors so they could be seen on dark or light backgrounds. Ex: I would be able to change dark color text or image areas to white so on a black background it It can be seen easy or the reverse.

Transform this current dated looking, clip art type of logo to a clean, modern design. Does not have to be fancy. Business professional look and feel.
