i havent gotten the adjusted on yet I will respond. Also, welcome to the contest. I think the greatest thing for the designer is they get to learn how to take feedback and create more what customers want. Helps you in your private practice. Have y ou been a graphic artist long.
I'm new here. I have only done the Illustrated contest for Juggle. I have an idea for a design along the lines of what you were describing though. Right now I have just adjusted the last logo to your feedback then I'll work on a new concept.

My apologies, I do not know which entry you are talking about. I did not enter that contest. Can you show a link? I can come up with some different designs and fix the colours/shading in this one for you.
I really like this. The colors are a little off I would like brighter med blue truer, could you shade your leave more to give it more depth. IN printex contest I like the way you did the box. COuld you do me some other design on with squares and one that you would do for growth, business, customer service, human resources or employees
