Renting out flexible meeting space for multitude of needs: Traditional meeting space uses- executive board meetings, small business owners, self employed, entrepreneurs, creative/brainstorm sessions, hiring events, staff meeting etc Non-traditional usage- bingo nights, HOA meetings, craft classes, photography space, yoga classes etc Simple, tech friendly meeting rooms for rent Short term/hourly room usage Self service Mobile/app check in Modern

Nothing is set in stone in regards to the design, feel free to be creative. We've written up basic info about the company and we want to give you freedom to come up with a great design. Don't hold back, show us what great ideas you've got! If you have a great design, we don't want to limit you. With that said, we have simply outlined some of the ideas and concepts we feel would be most relevant. Please include a graphic element. We would like to be able to use the graphic part of the logo without the text and have it be recognizable. In general, we're thinking the whole logo will be simple and clean, with smooth edges. Ideas for the graphic element or symbol- What Arcadia (the word) stands for: customizable paradise, harmony, utopia, unspoiled simplicity, from Greek/Renaissance mythology. These don't need to be taken too literal. For example, please no Greek columns/garden references.
