As you know some of the most famous brands such as Nike, Adidas, Shell, Apple, etc., are recognizable by the icons they use, so like I said I suggest you leave the icon that is your trademark unchanged.If you change the icon, there can be confusion to change the whole concept of your brand, especially if you change it several times a year. That's why changing the text is the right choice for you.
