Describe your company and organization and target audience

I'm looking to launch our website to start pre selling boat and RV storage units. I'm looking for a rendering that could be used on the website to show what's coming.

The design should have the following

I'm looking for one image to show off the facility from and areal street view that would be on our main webpage. I'm looking for a contemporary image of an entrance gate and exit gate with wrought iron fence and storage units in background. I'd like a second image that's a birds eye view of the facility that I could label and use on the website to pick storage locations. I showed a gray strip showing the road going through the storage. I'd like to have an image I could later add the dimensions on to help people decide what space they would like. I'm including a layout of my storage facility, as well as a rendering that I like and to give you an idea of what I'm looking for, as well as our logo previously created on hatch wise.

Briefly describe your contest

I'm looking for 2 renderings of my storage project to use on my website. I'm looking for one wow rendering with modern looking storage in the background (palm trees around entrance would be a plus). Another rendering of an overhead storage layout that I could number and use to pre sale individual storage units.
