Describe your company and organization and target audience

Young to middle age double income upper middle class individuals who have lake homes and visit on the weekend. Although I own The Marina, I want to design a shirt which highlights the lake. <br /> Think very upper middle class to rich - not me, but the target audience!

The design should have the following

I want shirt to just highlight Lake Cypress Springs - not necessarily The Marina. I want a unisex design appropriate for any age group. I do not want so many colors it becomes too expensive to put on a shirt. Lake is primarily used for recreational water sports and relaxation.
