an affiliated group of business associates 1 day conference agenda that is thrown away

The design should have the following

This is a 1 day conference agenda brochure that I need the flexibility to use this template 2 times a year with the ability to easily replace the agenda, logos and headshots It should be able to be digitally printed with any online printing company so size format and colors should be accepted by most It should be a single or tri fld that has a front cover with the name of our conference DISCOVER 15 (the 15 chages each year ) 16 , 17 , etc with some iconic symbol incorporated (binoculars , telescope compass) My logo from www. INCAdvisors.com should be also on front and somewhere else inside. a inside section for a day of agenda with times and speakers another section for headshots of speakers and a some of their info the back should be a thank you page for our sponsors where logos can be uploaded some creative design or picture theme throughout the brochure here is a link that is more elaborate than what I would need but give an idea http://www.layoutready.com/Downloads/PDF/Preview/PN0080101D-PREVIEW.pdf
