Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a new style restaurant serving sandwiches/subs. NO burgers. The style is like Chipotle. You can have your sandwich on a bun, bowl or roll. Healthy, Organic, NO GMOs, locally sourced food. No cheap ingredients. Our audience will be the lunch crowd that is looking for a healthy, fun, good alternative to the burger. The theme of the restaurant is American Pride. Red, white and blue. We will honor local heroes. From fire fighters, police, Teachers, and Vets. Hence the name HEROS (honoring HEROES) I like the font the US Marines use. It could work.

I am thinking incorporating an waving american flag into the design. It should be simple. Of course red white and blue may be a part of the logo. Heros is the main name of the establishment with a sub title american cafe...like Chipotle Mexican Grill
