Describe your company and organization and target audience

The 3 developments are all located in SW Edmonton, AB Canada and are all surrounded by significant green space (First to undergo construction is located between a park and retention pond, and the other 2 are on golf courses). While not all properties in the future may include significant green space, they are likely to be located in good neighborhoods with strong amenities. We would like to position the group of developments as “affordable luxury family townhomes”. Our audience should be targeted to middle to upper income individuals, young adults settling into in a career and new families.

What do you need written

We are looking for a company name to brand the group of townhomes under one umbrella. The names will use the following naming protocol (“Revival” is for example only): Revival at Creekwood Revival at Jaegar Ridge Revival at Fairview Flats We need a brand name to replace Revival that is available with a .ca domain (.com would also be acceptable). The best name would be (as an example) revival.ca but we could also use revivaltownhomes.ca or revivalrentals.ca. A tagline would also be desirable.

What is important

Creating a modern, but still unique brand that can be easily identified and won't get lost in 10 other companies with the similar names. Standing out from other townhomes/apartments or rentals that use names such as "village", "villas", "park", "place" and "creek". Although we will utilize the term townhome/townhouse to refer to our communities, we would like a unique brand to tie this too.
