The design should have the following

I own and operate a coffee shop that has been established for about 5 years. We already have a logo that we use for the majority of our branding, but we are looking to add an additional logo to use on things like apparel. The current logo (attached) has the full business name and slogan on it. While this is great, I am looking for something that aligns with the existing design, but doesn't have all of the text. Ideally, a unique/funky secondary logo that will be able to function as a stand-alone as we continue to expand our brand.

Colors to use in the design

Colors in current logo are charcoal grey, light tan, forest green and white. Most often, we use the logo in a one-color format. Open to interpretation or suggestions as long as it goes well with our current logo. Would also love if it could be used as a one-color logo for things like monogramming merch.
