Describe your company and organization and target audience

We need a certificate of participation (or diploma of participation) for a course we're holding for our city's law enforcement officers. Specifically, the text I've attached in the PDF must be cited, while I'll leave the graphics up to you to experiment. Keep in mind that this is a course offered to police, law enforcement, and military personnel, with the patronage of the municipality. As for logos, I'll attach the logo of our sports club (Arena Combat), the logo of our affiliation with CONI (the Italian National Olympic Committee, to which we are a full member), and the logo of Jeet Kune Do/Progressive Fighting System, which served as the core discipline taught in this course.
