Describe your company and organization and target audience

My company is a Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) clinic. SMP is essentially a “hair tattoo” which clients use to restore the appearance of a hairline and combat the shadowy “balding horseshoe” look. However, don’t let the phrase ”hair-tattoo” scare you. We don’t use traditional tattoo needles or ink. We use micro-needles and specially designed pigment to simulate tiny shaved hair follicles on the scalp.

The design should have the following

I"m not sure. I need a eye catching design that will serve as my homepage's large background image. I've attached some photos of me in the studio working on clients. You don't have to use all the photos that I've attached, but I've attached them so you have something to create with. Ideally, the large background image will include some photos of me working so that potential customers can see that we're real people. This image needs to be high resolution and large enough to take up the entire scree. I'm open to creative suggestions from the artists here. I would like to see somebody shine on this project and really help me catch potential customer's attention. This image will replace the animation video I currently have on my desktop version of the website. It will likely go behind the city skyline or it might even replace the city skyline too.
