- The theme for this event is Own it! The words "Own it" and "SKO2021" should be included. The “it” is their success, their education, teamwork, results... The message we want convey is one of ownership, accountability, taking action, you own your results, you own your mistakes, you own your outcomes. The theme is motivational, not punitive. We would like to use our corporate colors which you can see on our website www.redislabs.com.
