Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are snack company with currently 3 locations located in large-scale indoor shopping malls. We make Pretzels! Big, fresh, hand-rolled pretzels! We also have a few other pretzel based products such as Pretzel Bites, Pretzel Dog's, and Pretzel Mini-Dog's. All of the above products are offered with the option of many different dips and toppings. Our dips include (our 4 most popular) Cheese, Jalapeño Cheese, Pizza Sauce, Honey Mustard. As well as Mustard, Caramel, Vanilla Glaze, Cream Cheese Icing, and plain Cream Cheese. Our list of toppings include Cinnamon Sugar, Parmesan Cheese and Garlic. Our target audience is, I would say, families, children, and the age group 13-55. While that may seem to be a broad age range, it's very important that we are able to draw the attention of adults that we offer a somewhat healthy snack that satisfies a hunger craving. It's also VERY much equally important that we also find ways to draw in kids who are either with parents and they see our stores and something about us makes the kids beg their parents to stop while we also target the kids who get dropped off at the mall after school with a group of their friends and they make us their choice of places to stop for a beverage or pretzel.
