LiveAdvizor is a hosted, video chat call center platform for online sales and customer service. Providing instant video customer assistance can multiple the conversion rate on any website and provide a very personalized consumer engagement. Our company has been offering this as a desktop service since 2006. We are about to launch our iOS version for iPhone and iPads.

The design should have the following

We need two icons developed for placing our application in the Apple iTunes store. These are the small tile images that will appear on the users device when they download the app. The first icon tile we need is for the customer app which allows consumers to place calls to the customer service dept of a company from a mobile web page. The second icon tile we need is for the call center agents who will be receiving calls from consumers. Designs need to conform to Apple recommended specs available at http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#qa/qa1686/_index.html
