We are trying to sell informational courses that teach people how to invest in the real estate market. Our target market is looking for either a second career or for investments for 20K+. Probably 30 years+ and financially stable, with income 50K+/yr

The design should have the following

After the contest, the winner will have the opportunity to actually put the material into the booklet from a Word doc for an additional $50 upon delivery of the completed booklet. Also, if these materials sell well, we’ll use your design framework again for another set of materials, with a significant raise for that project (if you want to do it of course). So there is potential for more $$$ beyond just this contest.We need templates for CDs, their cases, and a booklet of material. Title of the course is “Change Your Life: a Real Estate Investment Guide from the Pros”. It’s by ‘Juan Diaz, Real Estate Guru<br> Templates are here for CDs: http://www.easydisc.net/en/download-template-page.html <br><br> We want a disc face design, 2-panel insert, and a tray card inside and outside for each CD. We're looking for something nice and professional, you can Google "Flip and Grow Rich" for an IRL example. We want a united theme, and will have 5 CDs that need designing. You can use the same for each CD, with only the title of each CD different. ‘Change Your Life’ is something we want to display prominently, maybe about the CD title. On the back of each CD and booklet we should have a little space for a picture of Juan, which I will get over to the winner to be inserted. <br><br> Templates are here for the booklet: 5.5" x 8.5" Saddle Stitched on Left Side @ http://www.printrunner.com/blank-print-templates.html. We’re looking for the cover and back design, cover will be color, back most likely black and white.
