<p>We are a Las Vegas based company that is opening an apartment complex that will provide housing for individuals who otherwise would not be able to get their own leases on apartments due to background challenges, evictions, lack of down payments and other disqualifying factors.&nbsp; We will allow these individuals to reside in our apartments for a period of 1-2 years and receive subsidies for their rent so that they can build good credit history and save money, while establishing work history as well.&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">Our Target Market is individuals and families recently released from incarceration, individuals in recovery, those working on maintaining sobriety, coming out of homelessness, and </span>low-income<span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">&nbsp;population trying to build a </span>foundation.<span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">&nbsp; We will be licensed as a </span>prosperity<span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">&nbsp;for clients in both transitional and independent living arrangements.</span></p>
