Featured Design Contest: Lotus Active Health – Health Studio Logo

This recent logo design contest for Lotus Active Health saw a vast number of unique entries submitted by our creatives.

In the contest brief, the client described their business as;

“Studio for aerial sports, namely pole, and hoop, besides stretching, strength and conditioning, and pole dance, gives an accent on health and movement. For both women and men, any age group (I’m currently an instructor for adults, but plan to do classes for children in the future)”

They said that they were thinking of a graceful silhouette for the design, with a minimalist and simple design. 

Hatchwise creatives reviewed the contest brief and quickly got to work on their entries to submit to the content! We’ve gathered the top entries as well as some info on the final winning result! Check them out below! 

This entry uses purple and yellow on a white background. The design uses the design front and to the left of the name, with the letters larger than the design. This is simple, with an interesting font used for the name and a unique design. 

This entry uses a dark purple with the company name to the right. As requested, the design shows a silhouette and an elegant design. This logo is both graceful and creative, elegantly showing what the company does while keeping the design simple.

This entry uses two different shades of purple and a sleek design. The name is to the right, with the first part of the company name standing out boldly. The second part of the name is smaller and the design is to the left. The design is what the client requested, both simple and elegant. 

This entry uses a beautiful purple on a white background that stands out. It shows the design on the top, with the first part of the company name in bold letters below it. The other half of the name is in a lighter shade of purple at the bottom of the design. This logo is stylish and has a clean, simple look. 

This entry uses a dark pink with black on a white background. The design shows a lotus above the company name. The first part of the name is larger and stands out in the center while the second half is in black below it. This design expresses what the company does and is a fun take on the request. 

This entry stands out from the others submitted to the contest with a dark purple and a unique design. The design shows a lotus with a silhouette of a girl inside of it with the company name below it. The name stands out at the bottom and the color choice is dark against the white background. 

This entry is one of the simpler entries that were submitted to the contest. It focuses mainly on the company name, with the silhouette is incorporated into the name. The silhouette, lotus, and half of the company name are in purple while the first part of the is in grey. This design is both simple and unique. 

After they took the time to review the entries that were submitted to the contest and rate them, the client chose a winning entry to use as their new logo. The winning entry is shown above, a logo design shown in dark purple on a white background. The logo is elegant and sleek while keeping a minimal design.
