Last, but certainly not least, you should take time to consider how taking on the new job will change your life, for better or worse. How far is the new job location compared to where you live, and will the commute be better or worse than your current job? Also, how will the new hours work with your existing lifestyle and commitments? 

It’s also extremely important to consider whether this job will lead you to the future you want for yourself. Is there enough potential for growth within this company, or are you going to have to switch to another one to reach your full potential?
