Thank you for the entries that have been submitted to date. I will upload a link to our graphic in a seperate comment post. Overall, it may help you if I explain exactly what iRealtyManager.com is (I don't think our current site does the best job). It is an online property management solution that helps folks that own/manage rental property handle their tenant, lease and financial data in an organized and automated manner. We have the "essential" solution, which is the core product. In addition to the core product, we have additional services which include: (1) Online Rent Payment Capability (2) Website Creation and (3) File Storage. Please also keep the following in mind as you work on your design: 1) We are looking for a totally new design for our home page. We would like you to think about a different approach, format and placement for the information that is currently on the site rather than redesign what is currently on the site. Think about it like this, someone should be able to look at the homepage and understand what our product is within 5-10 secs of viewing. 2) Please use arial font (or another clean, simplet font) for the design, not Times New Roman, etc. The current font on our homepage is one of the main things we want to change. 3) We will need a placeholder on the homepage for a promotional video that we are currently putting together. 4) We need the homepage to better clarify our product. Some language that you can use: "The simplified approach to online property management." "Everything you need to manage your property data, without the unecessary and complex features you don't." ((Think the Kindle vs. iPad). In other words, The Kindle is a great product for people that just want to download and read books, not for those that want a mini-computer with thousands of apps and internet capability. This is the same angle/position that our product has in the market. 5) Please add social network links (twitter, facebook, linkedIn, YouTube) 6) We would love to upgrade our images/graphics, so your creativity with the visualization of our product will win you big points. did you mean number 4 is your vision and mission?

#4 is more our position rather than vision or mission. I just wanted to give you and other designers some context of what the homepage should illustrate to visitors. You can use some of the language in #4 (in quotes) as slogans that are viewable on the homepage. The explanation of Kindle vs. iPad is more for you to understand how we position ourselves in the real estate technology market. We are a simple and straight forward solution to property management. Many of our competitors have multiple features and functions that make their product more cumbersome and complex. We are aiming to grab the customer that wants a simplified solution. Hello Designers! Thanks for your hard work coming up with web designs for IRM. Want to re-emphasize that we are looking for a design that captures the fact that our product is "the simple solution" to property management. We differientiate ourselves from our competitors by being simple and straight-forward, not overly complex with a bunch of unnecessary features that users will ultimately not use.
