Looks really good. Two small point: The pins for Marie's picks has to be smaller, so please remove the text and just keep the photo. In general the pins may be too big, so it could be difficult to display many at a time? It would be good to see what you searched for even when the search overlay is collapsed.

Here are my entries to your contest. They demonstrate various concepts and you can choose the one you like best. For example you could choose to have the bathroom/bedroom buttons or have them removed. You could have the information bar at the bottom pop up every time a user clicks on a pin or only have the small one pop up and then redirect to another page. The buttons are large enough to be clicked on a mobile interface. The search bar can be opened and closed as demonstrated so that users can focus either on the map alone, or use the features of the bar. Marie's picks have been made with a more serious color so that they suggest trust and professionalism. My files are fully editable and easy to work with/code for whoever will create the code for your website. If you require any changes that's okay. Please note that the logo is not included. I hope you like my work.
