Describe your company and organization and target audience
Pacific Land Holdings, LLC is a developer of mixed-use infill development (a combination of retail stores/ medical offices on the first floor with multifamily housing above). This is a socially conscious type of development because it takes advantage of existing city infrastructure and avoids urban sprawl. A large percentage of our housing will be targeted to military veterans and seniors. All developments will make extensive use of solar technology. All developments will be 3-5 stories max. A typical development will be 10,000 sf of retail/ office with 15-20 units located above. Website Target audience: Potential land sellers, potential equity investors (in our development projects), and future medical/retail tenants.
