Describe your company and organization and target audience
I have an existing website but would like it to be redesigned and improved. I want it to have better flow and to look nicer and appear somewhat unique, a bit fun and also professional. I am wanting a Wordpress site. My existing site is www.eagarpeople.co.nz . With my business I put candidates for jobs through psychometric assessments and I interview each person after the testing process, and then report back to the organisation with my recommendations on each candidate. I also put people through psychometric assessments so they can improve their leadership or develop professionally. So organisations get me on board to do this work.
My target audience is businesses of any size. The people specifically I target are Human Resource people or managers working in these business. Individuals who are undertaking testing also visit my site for candidate information.
The design should have the following
I have attached a wire frame with the pages I would like. The content in this wireframe is what I would like but I am open to all design ideas and creative solutions that developers bring. I have an animated logo that I will provide, and also a profile picture. I do not have any pictures at this stage, but I do not wish to re-use the pictures from my existing site as I want it to be completely new, so I would welcome the designer to provide ideas of images or just leave spaces for images if needed.
