Describe your company and organization and target audience

Some customization company. Owner is a 15 year old female whose customers are mainly other high schoolers in her age range.

The design should have the following

Looking for a simple design to advertise her business and show her work plus allow potential customers to contact her through a form or possibly social media. Would be great if customers could upload a picture of the shoes they want customized with a description of what they want done.

We also currently have a log design contest so we’re hoping to combine the two.
