Hello, thanks for the updated feedback. I'm happy you like the design concept. Because the contest has ended I can't submit any "new" designs. So I've uploaded them here with the icons and an example of the "our core values" section when a user hovers over the core value to click through to another page the better describes the value here: Icons - https://www.dropbox.com/s/7uryu6vlagh6toz/withIcons.png and Core Value Hover - https://www.dropbox.com/s/ojw2fmk31pulhws/iconsCoreHover.png. I agree to that to have a separate "contact us" page is plain due to lack of content; however, the idea to combine a FAQ with the "ask us" section seems a good idea to remove the "ask us" section on every page. Depends on the flow, clarity, and landing pages you want the site visitors to go and find information to take action and communicate.

I agree with that your wrote here. If we went with a design like this I'd like for the "core beliefs" on a separate page. Or at least to make one just to see if it seems to flow better. A lot of people internally also like the idea of multiple pages and this design is very good if we go that route. Personally I'm not liking the idea of the contact us on every page but it does seem a bit plain to have a page with just the "contact us" on it. I think we'd go a combo of a FAQ + ask us page. However, since the main problem we have is lack of content, or so seems, having the ask us on every page might work.

Hi There! My idea on this concept is just a few slight changes to the navigation, for structural purposes, and a button for the "ask us" section questions and answers; this could either be a separate page or pop up modal with the questions and answers inside the modal a user can easily close. Structurally, instead of putting everything on one page, and scrolling too much, I thought to have separate internal pages for Solutions, Proven Outcomes, and Join Us; perhaps a separate page for Core Beliefs too with the full content description for each belief; rather than a fancy JavaScript rollover slide down content description. ;-) The "contact us" section, I thought to keep on every page at the bottom along with the "ask us" section (why I thought of a pop up modal instead of a separate page). I think this will keep the navigation clean and simple, as I've put into this design concept; eased for flow through to other pages on the site as well.
