Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are a real estate company in Agra, India and developing the biggest residential multi storey project. We want to market in at all India level and hence want the marketing material to be really good and eye catching.
What do you need written
The projetct is first of its kind in the city, with such a scale and best in terms of 1. Common facilities availbale(Club,sports,gym,sauna etc). 2. Security systems available(Police,medical,fire). 3. Lush green enviorment. All this is totally lacking in the city today. \'Shanker World\' has \'Shanker\' as our Group name and \'World\' is the name of the project which signifies grande with everthing inside it. It\'s a integrated and a very holisitc project of its kind spread in 40 acres and having an open area of 30 acres.It will give every person in the family of evry age group his/her space (as India has a huge joint family culture).Slyle should be inviting/ giving a very fresh feel- like living in the project would be like going out for a holiday in a resort.
