Skiffa is slang name for Scheveningen. Scheveningen is a town in the Netherlands where in summer time lots of party's are. We have a perfect apartment for hosting party's and would love to give everybody a T-shirt. The target audience is people from 18 to 35 who like to party till 8:00 am the next day.
