I am a hypnotherapist and I have a unique approach to weight loss that utilises the brain as well as the body

What do you need written

The name of the system. I am very much open to ideas but I think it would have a title and then a sub heading. E.g

The something system: blah blah blah

I must emphasise this is only my initial thinking and happy for people to be creative

What I am looking for is the title for a product. It could also double as the title for a book. That is why I said about the sub heading.

An example. Weight Loss: using the brain as well as the body to lose weight

I am a hypnotherapist but it doesn't necessarily need to focus on hypnosis exactly but it does need to concentrate on the brains influence on the program.

What is important

The mind/hypnosis/brain involvement must be used

What do you not want

I am not looking for anything too sensationalist in the title
