Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are a Design/Build/Remodel firm. We specialize in designing and building remodeling projects for residential construction. We value engineer the entire process to meet the clients budget and requests. Recently started a small projects division.
What do you need written
Handyman services is really understating what we do. Folks are familiar with the term and we do very small projects but our expertise is in solving problems. Instead of putting a band-aid on a repair we will dig in to solve the problem of why it needs to be repaired. Many of our projects in this division can be up to $100k. We coordinate all trades for a convenient turn around for the client. Our main business of Design/Build usually involves a interior designer. With our handyman services we are more taking the customers order. We can do a partial remodel or the whole thing. It is a very flexible offer but usually the projects are not as complex as our regular work because the budgets are smaller. I need to name this division something besides handyman services.
What is important
The name will not include the word handyman. It can be similar to our slogan for "Design/Build/Remodel" but for repairs, maintenance and home improvements. Both will still be under Gridley Company.
