iLevel Brands

Describe your company and organization and target audience.

We are a small natural products sales agency in the USA. We prefer to refer to ourselves as Navy Seals vs regular army. We are surgical, precise and extremely reliable. We flay out get stuff done that other "big guys" can't. If we can't get in the front door we will find a way in via the basement window. Our target audience is any natural product company you might find in Whole Foods, Sprouts, FreshThyme etc. They are small and quirky too.

The design should have the following:

UPDATE: Client changed the request to shirts instead of cycling jerseys. It is called a Pit Shirt. Current Designers please revise your design to fit best on this shirt. It will be much less busy. I am going to upload an Example I did. See if you can do better. IGNORE all CYCLING stuff.
This is the company we will customize the shirt at. Gives you a feel for it. We do not have to stick to black base. Maybe white works etc.

We are designing a cycling jersey. We would like you to capture the essence of who we are on this piece of clothing. It needs to be professional and clean, modern and contemporary. I will put a template of the jersey on here for you to use. I will also add examples of jerseys that I like.
I am going to give you an eps of our logo. It is green and grey. Please change the grey to black. Logo will be green and black. VERY IMPORTANT.
Please do a layout for the jersey NOT the Vest. See design pdf. Please put your design on the front and back of the whole Jersey. Don’t lay it out on the pieces.

We do not want this in the entries:
