Describe your company and organization and target audience

Real Estate Office - target audience is buyers, sellers age range 20-50. We are a full service real estate brokerage that works with residential home sales from low end to high end, we work with many credit challenged people and first time buyers along with distressed sellers and investors. Our branding needs to be cohesive across the board, we have seen some designs with black and hot pink/neon pink that we have liked but are not married to any colors specifically. Our current logo was for when we were just a team and now being a brokerage we want something more universal.

The design should have the following

Looking for a modern, clean logo that stands out as unique and catches your eye. It must me professional and not cartoon like, need to be able to be used on all branding materials. I am needing
- Logo/Brand Design
- Social media Packet. (profile pic layouts & Banner designs)
- Brand Marketing Packet
- Business card design (couple options to choose from)
- Vehicle Design concepts (wraps/partials with a few options on these)
- Listing signs/Signage (yard "for sale" signs 2 styles one for higher end listings and one for
every day listings , open house/directional signs, sign riders etc)
- Storefront/building signage (concept for office space)
- misc layouts (folders, postcards, brochures, promo items, etc)
