Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a group of 911 Police dispatchers and 911 Telecommunicators. We are looking for someone to design two different patches for use that can be used on T shirts/ jackets and other clothing items that we can wear proudly.

One badge will be dedicated to Telecommunicators and the Second will be dedicated to Police Dispatchers.

The design should have the following

We like Police style patches where they tend to look like a shield. The designed needs to include the color gold (for tcc/dispatchers) and some from of gold and blue for the police dispatchers.

Incorporating designed elements for the community we serve Monroe County NY and City of Rochester NY and the tools we use to get our job done (head sets, Radio's, Lightening bolts for the transmission symbol, heat beat symbols, computers etc). Google things like Thin Gold line , Thin Blue line. The choice is yours to be creative and even find something we might not have thought of.

The image attached is our old patch that we used to use on the shirts. As you can see, It isn't a typical patch. It digs deeper into who we are. Also we plan to use either White, Black or Navy Blue or Blue colored shirts. So to save money on ink when we print the shirts use those as background colors.
Please remember that we are 911 dispatchers that are proud of what we do even though it is VERY OFTEN a thankless job.
