Describe your company and organization and target audience
Angels Baseball provides youth baseball players with the most conducive atmosphere to grow their potential in the classroom, sport and life. Growth is most realized when we surround ourselves with the right people and opportunities that both opens the door to knowledge and promotes personal growth.
The design should have the following
We are looking for a one-page flier that has the following:
1. Angels Baseball Logo (will be attached)
2. Two pictures (will be attached)
3. Contact email: contactus@angels-baseball.org
4. Title that should appear at the top:
Line 1: ANGELS BASEBALL
Line 2: COACHES CLINIC
5. Colors of flier: Red, Black, White
6. Current Structure of Baseball Coaches Clinics: Please include the following text:
"Coaches attend clinics where reputable Coaches from around the Country speak on various topics and skills of the game. Coaches will listen to these speakers as they instruct Coaches on how things should be done."
7. Angels Baseball Structure: Please include the following text:
"Angels Baseball Coaches Clinics focus not only on what to teach; but more importantly, on HOW to teach it. It's easy to tell someone what to do; but you make a greater impact when you show someone how to communicate the lessons to the players. We'll achieve this by having coaches see Angels Coaches running teams through practices."
8. Format of Angels Baseball Coaches Clinic: Please include the following Text:
- 3-Day Event (Friday-Sunday)
- Friday (2.5 hours)
- 2.5 hour discussion with Angels Coaches on various topics that include: key components of a practice; practice plans; communication; and more.
- Saturday (3 hours)
- Coaches will watch Angels Coaches take a team through a practice.
- The practice will be followed by a discussion/Q&A covering the practice; along with a discussion on defining takeaways from the practice.
- Sunday (3.5 hours)
- Coaches will watch Angels Coaches take a team through a second practice.
- The practice will be followed by a discussion/Q&A covering the practice; along with a discussion on defining takeaways from the practice.
- Wrap-Up
- All Coaches will receive a Practice Plan outlining 2 practices/week that coaches can use during the coming season.
9. Text somewhere on the flier: "Contact Angels Baseball to inquire about a Coaches Clinic in your area"
10. Text to include somewhere on the flier: "We will hold separate clinics for Coaches of players ages 7-12 and Coaches of players 13 and up."
We're looking for the most creative entry that can incorporate all of the above. Once we begin to see designs, we may ask for adjustments.
