Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a financial planning and investment management firm that takes an uncommon approach to client care and service. We recently defined new Vision and Mission Statements along with Core Values after merging two practices. The audience for this design will be our internal customers (team members, network, etc.) and external customers (clients and our community).

The design should have the following

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS NOT A LOGO CONTEST. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A POSTER THAT STATES OUR VISION, MISSION AND VALUES.

We prefer clean, simple design and muted colors. We are looking for a visually appealing presentation but want the words to be the focus.

Here is our Vision, Mission and Values Statement. This is the content we wish to communicate on the poster:

Vision: To build indispensable partnerships with each other, with our clients, with our industry partners and with our community. We strive to be the people others turn to in the best days, and the worst, for wisdom and compassion.

Mission: To align investment and intention. We align around shared goals, shared vision and shared values to create financial plans that endure life’s twists and turns. We want those we serve to look back with pride on the things they accomplished with our partnership.

Core Values:

Integrity: Good people making good decisions based on what’s right. It’s honesty, transparency and respect. It’s striving for excellence and accepting responsibility when mistakes inevitably happen.

Compassion: Recognition of the challenges faced by others and working to make life easier for them. Compassion requires not only our expertise and exceptional service but also our kindness and understanding.

Wisdom: Knowledge that is equal parts technical and emotional. Guidance that arises from both experience and expertise. Wisdom is also the craft of making the complex simple.

Our logo file is attached. We wish to include our logo on the poster. The poster will be displayed in our waiting areas and at the work station of each employee. It should be able to be enlarged to a 16 x 20 (or similar) size and also able to be reduced to a 8x10 (or similar) desktop size. Thank you.
