I have a training company in it's 4th year. This is b2b selling and I provide leadership & management, interpersonal comms training and business psychology consulting

The design should have the following

Coleface is a play on my name and being at the "coal face". People seem to like it. I want to be seen as straightforward and creative as this is my reputation with clients I've had for a long time.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I think the graphic could be text only although if a picture worked, that would be fine. I am a mostly a one-man company, or run small projects where I subcontract. I don't want to be seen as trying to be something I'm not.
