Describe your company and organization and target audience

I work for Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution www.whoi.edu and run the world's only autonomous underwater robot capable of following, filming and studying pelagic predators such as sea turtles, sharks, rays and whales. The robot is torpedo shaped and carries an array of cameras capturing the animal(s) interacting in their oceanic environment.
Target audience are potential users of the system, TV, media and education/outreach applications. It's the world's only underwater vehicle capable of tracking and filming a tagged animal underwater. www.whoi.edu/sharkcam

The design should have the following

some perspective of the robot seeing or experiencing turtles, sharks, fish, rays, whales. Perhaps using the animals to make the letters of oceanrobotcam. An underwater feel is necessary even if it is a ripple. I will send pic of the REMUS AUV

I like the idea of a 360 viewing experience.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

A turtle should not be in the 'O' for Ocean. It conflicts with an existing logo. Another animal like a shark or fish can be used...

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

yellow or orange, ocean blue...
not opposed to use of black/gray
It is necessary to have a shark and turtle in the logo.
