I am looking to design a logo for a website application that promotes good giving. The website is used for events, such as birthdays, and allows the user to select a gift they’d like guests to make a small ‘pledge’ toward (instead of receiving a bunch of unwanted gifts), with any excess funds going to a charity or non-profit of that user’s choice. The target market is kids events, such as birthday, Christmas or other gift giving occasions.

The design should have the following

I’d like the logo to be clean and minimalist, and by in line with the purpose of the application, i.e. 'good giving' by reducing wastage (time, money and unwanted things), and by giving excess funds to a charity or non-profit of the user's choosing.

I like the idea of a present as part of the logo with the bow resembling a heart.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

blacks/greys/white.

The website is customisable by the user, so the logo needs to be able to sit on any colour background. I'd therefore like one version/colour of the logo to sit on a dark background and another version/colour of the logo to sit on a white background.
