CONDENSED DESIGN BRIEF

Company or website name

Wilhelm Legal, P.C.

Do you want any slogans or taglines on your logo?

A simple elegant logo for a new law firm which will be representing children and families. I want to look professional but not too intimidating. At th

Who we are:

Providing Defense to juveniles and families

Describe your company and organization and target audience.

The folks I work for cannot afford to pay for legal services. I will be defending parents and children in actions where child protective services is involved and children who have been accused of crimes. I want the logo to look professional but also friendly? Idk how to describe it. I have a picture of my old family farm which would be cool to have this logo pay homage to that one? But if it looks to old school, at the end of the day, I would love professional, serious, and clean/simple.

The design should have the following:

Probably black or navy blue text. The farm logo has a swoop on it, maybe a classier version of that? I am very okay with sort of blocky, professional, classic font. I saw on a web search a font called FogtwoNo5, that looks kinda cool I think. I like serifs. I am okay with Bookman Old Style, Goudy Old Style, Libre Baskerville, those fonts sort of go for the professional look I am hoping for. Those are just to start, if it is possible to take those and run with either an homage to the farm logo (but more professional?) or emphasize the W slightly , that would be cool. Not sure if an underline would look good or not?

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

We do not want this in the entries:

Bright colors, heavy cursive script, pictures, drawings? It should be fairly straightforward and professional. Simple, elegant, yet with a little flare.
