A family owned real-estate investment company, with a portfolio of short and long-term rental properties.

The design should have the following

The origin of the name comes from the family farm - southern/farm influence. Think taking a farm/ranch logo to the 21st century, more refined. No animals, please. Consider white farm fence imagery (horizontal fence...not picket fence).

Used for shirts, hats and letterhead.

This logo will be used for

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

Elegant, scroll font. Heavy font.
