Describe your company and organization and target audience

We offer a membership and resource centre for parents who volunteer their time to coach their kids team sport. Our club is not sport specific other than being team sports therefore I want to logo to keep that open and not have a football or goal posts that make it specific sport.

The attached image (which I am not the owner of) is what I currently have as the vision of the logo. Happy for different suggestions. Perhaps a field of green grass could be incorporated.
