This is a new property logo for a remodeled market rate multi-family "apartment" complex.This is garden style construction NOT a high rise.
It is located in the VALLEY "desert" and should have neutral color pallet, with a possible accent color. no super bright colors.
I prefer the name be the main focus...
logos should be fairly simple if used.
