What should come to a customers mind when they see the logo:

High quality auto repair. I want people to know we are educated and care along with we are a clean facility.

Nothing cartoonish.

The design should have the following:

Our logo now is Urb's set up as a tow truck. However it is hard to read and doesnt quite get the message across. I want something that is more encompassing to the auto repair and collision portion of the business. Something Simple and elegant.
