Urban Leadership Outreach Transforming & Uplifting Souls (LOTUS) is a youth life-skills, arts & wellness program. Our mission is to to empower the youth we serve to achieve their greatest potential by building on the strengths of and to motivate youth-at-risk to become productive and responsible young men and women by providing quality mindfulness activities, education, and artistic outlet and social services to youth so they find safety, hope and success in life. Youth ages 11-18 years old

The design should have the following:

Design should have
-some buildings in the background to represent the URBAN aspect.
-a lotus flower
-the name Urban L.O.T.U.S.
- possibly, but not required, the acronym meaning (Leadership Outreach Transforming & Uplifting Souls)
I am open to interpretation, but I want logo to represent togetherness and urban lotus as a guiding light for youth in the urban community.
Logo should be professional, but fun and visually encompass our mission.

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

We do not want this in the entries:

Should not be too animated, not looking for a comic book look. Font should not be bubbly.
