Clean and simple logo design for Real Estate Company

Who we are:

real estate (in lower case)

Describe your company and organization and target audience.

We are a progressive/digital focused Real Estate Company, preparing for the launch of a new state of the art website. We are looking to clean up our branding- seeking a sleek, refined logo that is simple and very visible/recognizable on social media icons (insta/fb/twitter)

The design should have the following:

The design is to be simple, legible, and refined. Ex. T | M
Nothing overly complicated-design should be easy. It is the style and colors that we want to standout.

****A starting design idea that we would like to see is***
- imitate the design of the FACEBOOK icon logo
- use a lower case t | m
- using the divider "|" between t and m is required.
-font can be white
-icon color can match the color code blue #04a6d0
- we want TURNER MANGUM to resemble the style of the "Edward Jones" font attached-with the "MANGUM" slightly bolder than the TURNER
- The logo layout can match that of the real estate sign attachment w/ the icon on left portion and TURNER MANGUM real estate to the right.

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

We do not want this in the entries:
