Describe your company and organization and target audience

Placement recruiting firm with other services that include marketing, layout and website design. Target audience would include HR Managers as well as key decision makers within a firm.

The design should have the following

Open to creativity, but logo should look good in color as well as black or white. Ravin is an anagram of my last name which starts with an A. That may or may not play into the design..definitely not required. Not necessarily looking for initials in the logo design unless it's creative enough to form an icon without being so obvious that they are initials.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Not a fan of pastels.
